wheel spacer

Hey, has anyone installed a wheel adapter? i want to go from 5x114.3 to 5x120, for that i need to buy a wheel adapter, but i dont know if the wheel is going to look good, the spacer thick is 1" ,so just wondering how much is going to stick out?

first ask if there is someone who can fender roll and then you can install spacer. But have it installed by a professional safety is at stake here.
