Does anyone know how to properly install the Evo X license plate mount? pics?

just take a power screw driver and screw it into ur bumper after u lined it up.nothing to it =P

how do u put holes there on the side so the plate can be placed there?? cause currently my plate is in the center but im planning to buy the evo side plate mount.
