i currently have stock everything on my 09 lancer gts.
i got it in june and i'm def tuning it. this is a picture of it:

i want the chrome grill off
so i was thinking about getting this carbon fiber grill:

its pretty expensive and i'm hoping someone can find another maybe cheaper one.
it doesnt have to be carbon fiber, i'm jus looking for a cheaper grill.

Most people take the grill off and paint it themselves. Sand down the chrome down to the plastic layer then coat several times with black duplicolour paint. Sanding between each coats. Then use a clear finish to protect.

It may chip when driving around but you can just paint it again. More coats will prevent chipping.

The CF grill is expensive and fitment is an issue.

thats not the carbon fiber grill, thats the bumper cap. this is a fiberglass grill http://www.roadracemotorsports.com/s...roducts_id=302.
they also make it carbon fiber. But you can also just the buy RRM blackout kit the website offers, its only $200 and it comes with a black out grill with chrome mitsu emblem and black vinyl for the center bumper cap

Yeah , check ebay for the raliart grill, in my opinion it looks much better then the carbon fiber one. not to mention you can usually find it for under $100
