front doors/dash Trim removal?

any one know how to remove the silver trim on the dash and driver as well as passenger door?

i would like to take'em out to paint, i wanna paint it piano black, with clear coats, because the trim scratches really easily and i think it'll be a nice subtle mod =P

if any one can do a 'how to' for the removal it'd be greatly apperciated =D

I can show you in person dawg. Hit mine a while ago with a black/candy mix, looks completly black until the sun hits it on certain angles.
