Yes, they will fit any lancer from 02-06 except evo. They fit just the same, only the look of the 04-06 is slightly different.

has anyone found a full lip kit (front, sides, and rear) for the 03 lancer? i have been looking for over a year now and can't seem to find anyone who makes them.
