Evo X Fenders

Hey all, anyone shed some light on this:

Was told by someone I think at CVR Motorsports that the Evo X side skirt will fit the 2008/9 Lancer. I want to get the CF fenders for my car, but they have no come out with Lancer sides in CF. I thought that the Evo X fenders were different in shape and espically wider. Anyone know anything about this? Was told that they are wider but would still bolt on fine with the OEM locations?

I am skeptical, but we'll see what everyone else says.

Yes they do bolt on in the OEM spots but you need the OEM front bumper as well. They fenders are wider to fit the 8.5" wide wheels.

question... if the fender is wider..?? then will the door fit the fender..?? or there will be a gap..??
