4g94 Exhaust Manifold Bolts Torque?

Hey, I wasn't able to find this on the forum, so I'm hoping someone could answer my question or direct me to an answer.

I need to know what the torque specifications are for the bolts holding the exhaust manifold to the head of the 4g94 motor?

Thanks in advance.

55 ft lbs I believe. But you must follow the correct bolt pattern then lossen all the way in the opposite order then tighten to 22 lbs. Then make a mark on each then tighten 90 degrees then make another mark then tighten another 90. I'm not 100 percent for sure ill look on alldata when I get home then let you know for sure
