Help rewiring Lancer ES to work EVO headlights
 Ok just like the title says. I need to no if anyone rewired their Lancer ES to fit Evo headlights. NON HID Evo lights....

Old: 2003 SILVER EVO VIII MODS:BUSCHUR 2.3 stroker, Exedy Twin Disk, DNP O2 HOUSING. TURBO XS DOWN PIPE, CAT DELETE PIPE, TURBO XS CAT BACK, WALLBRO FUEL PUMP, HALLMAN MBC, BOOST GAGE, Buschur Intercooler and upper/lower IC pipe 272/272HKS Cams & cam gears, Buschur intake w/ K&N filter, 750 cc Injectors, Buschur 20g 9 turbo.
365 whp and 375 ft lbs of torque. C16
11.3 @ 119mph

evo headlights wont fit base lancers w/o the front wide body fenders, oem hood and bumper
that and it will look fugly w/o the evo rear quarters weldedon the es to complete wide body look

First you have to take the wiring harness off the evo light ...... the marker light fits right in perfect no cutting required.... the turn signal I cut the end off of the evo harness and from the engine bay harness. I then soldered the evo plug to the plug that came out of the engine bay….. works great......Now the high and low beam......on the evo light you have two lights bulbs on the lancer their is only one light bulb with 3 wires, the black is the ground and one is low beam the other is high beam......they both can share the same ground..... I then cut the headlight plug at the engine bay ……cut off the low beam plug from the evo harness……I then used the same plug from a dodge for the high beam and soldered them up. They work great …make sure you use extra wire for the low beam…wont reach cause the are separated…I forgot to note what color wire is low and high beam so just temporary hook up the low and high and test it out.

The car has the complete evo front end and rear doors.....it goes to the shop the second week in Nov. to get the rear quarters done.
