Drives: 08 Lancer DE

Thinking i have lifter tick

I think I might have a little issue with lifter tick. I know it isn't uncommon on first startup since the oil hasn't circulated properly yet but even with the engine warm I can still hear the tick. I don't know if this is normal (i wouldn't assume so) but I am new to the 4B11 engine (very familiar with the 6G73 though) and wondered if anyone else's sounds the same way?

I have an 08 DE with 26K miles so i know it's still under warranty and will take to the dealer if this isn't the norm.

Thx.

So it's normal to sound like that? I've never experienced anything like it lol. In the morning it sounds a little like a diesel would; at least until it's warmed up.

Thx for the response
