Windshield wiper noise

well i didnt know where else to put this so...anyways my windshield wipers make alot of noise; not a squecky ( i know its spelled wrong!) noise but like a rubber rubbing noise even in the rain, unless its really pouring! I dont know what to do...i replaced them and they still do it. At first i just thought it was cause the windows just werent wet enough but when i tested the wipers on my dads Fx35 it was as quiet as ever IN THE GARAGE! What do you guys think?

maybe the arms holding on the blades are bent somehow?
check to see if one side is rubbing more than the other, if it's just one blade
or both of them, odds are something's just out of place.
