if the money order is not cashed yet, you can put a stop payment on it, but otherwise you can only try legal action since you know his name and where you sent payment to.
Actually, that's true, I think Wyoming only has 1 or 2 area codes in the entire state!

just a random bit of information, but I decided to never buy or sell anything from people with suspiscious screen names anymore. My 2 worst transactions on ebay were with a person with "jerk" and "joker" in their logons and/or email addresses.

I bought his cd deck off him the only reason that i got was because the guy that pulled his car apart is in the same car club as i am. I did see the ecu he was supposed to be have sent it to you hobie. I know where he lives and all that, but I dont know how he is in college when hes only like 16-17?

Jason had/has been on the forums a while. I don't think screen names are a good basis unless it's something like "IMNotGonnaShipYo****".

kool. thanks for that website! i would hate to report this guy (BallaonBudget) saying that his excuse was that he just had a baby and he forgot about the wing. i wouldn't want to cause their family problems just over $100 but i did send him a letter to the address he gave me for the wing saying that I'd report him if he didn't contact me within a week. Hobie, is KK the only one who has access to members address, phone number, etc?

i dont think jason would intenionally rip anyone off. i've met him and i'm the one that helped him dismantle his car. i will get a hold of him on sunday when he returns from his trip and find out what is going on.
