i remember a few people were picking them up before when they first came out. personally not a fan of the sides (don't like the black stripes). anyways i have the jdm cedias but i believe on ebay someone is selling them WITH the projector installed inside as well. so they are the jdm cedia headlights with the projector.
for the one you selected i don't know if the projector is any good. i know most of the ebay projectors or the ones you buy cheap aren't the greatest. my buddy has the accord headlights with projectors and they suck! lol, just my 2cents! hope it helps!

I just bought the ones in the OP's link. I really like them to be honest. I even like the little strips(hated them in the pictures though).

If possible, look for neondials as a seller. They shipped extremely quickly to me and have the best response times of any seller I've dealt with on ebay.

go get the projector headlights that roadrace motorsports sells. they are like $329 or something like that. Expensive compared to ebay but ebay lights will wear out quickly and RRM takes care of there own

RRM doesn't make the lights they sell just as Ebay doesn't make the lights they sell (they're not a manufacturer after all). If you can find the same lights on Ebay for cheaper, why would you buy elsewhere (at more than double the cost I might add)? The only place HIDs should be is in projector lights, I hate with a passion HIDs in anything that is not a proper projector. If you just want brighter lights, you have a lot of options. Don't waste your time with Sylvania or PIAAs, go straight to Osrams. I have a set (highs and lows) and the light output is actually close to most HID systems.

RRM isn't the maker of the lights ebay sellers come and go. It's harder to deal with ebay sellers. If you buy from RRM the always stand behind the products they sell. If the lights leak RRM will call the maker and send you new ones. Rob is a great guy and wants all of his customers happy. Ebay sellers really don't care, but its up to you. I have experienced this problem with ebay. So I never buy ebay stuff anymore.

If you buy DEPO lights, you can deal with DEPO directly, there's no need for a middle man. If the lights are truly defective, the manufacturer's warranty applies. Considering that the RRM lights are more than double of those in the ebay link, you can buy two sets for every one set from RRM. I would normally agree that buying from a reputable company is better but when the price difference is that dramatic, it's a no-brainer.

when you are buying parts that are cheaper than OEM parts you now that the quality is not as good. A set of OEM headlights is around three hundred. I don't know about others but if I am buying parts. I want OEM prices. That like buying a harness bar off of ebay and annother from sparco. Well etablished companies always produce great parts, not knock offs like ebay.
