O2 Sensor help please!

I keep getting a p0137 error. I have replaced the o2 sensor and I know the wiring is correct (or should be) and I have no idea whats going on. First it was a p0131 error and now its a p0137. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

P.S. - I did search.

Edit - Upon a double check, the p0131 error is back as well.

Any ideas? I know some one on here has had to have dealt with this issue before.

after a quick search on google for those DTCs i found this page and a generic definition for both PO codes:

P0131 02 Sensor Circuit Low Voltage (Bank I Sensor 1)
P0137 02 Sensor Circuit Low Voltage (Bank I Sensor 2)

seeing as how both circuits have low voltage i would think that it's not a fault of the sensors themselves (how often would you see BOTH sensors fail at the same time?) but rather either a rich or lean condition in the engine. meaning that the engine isn't getting the correct amounts of air and/or fuel.

that's my 2 cents on what it could be. have you been noticing any loss in power or gas mileage as of late? any mods recently installed that might be the culprit?

I replaced my fuses and the codes went away. Havent had a CEL for 145 miles now.

No new mods in a long time.

It was the engine fuse. I pulled it out and it was completely fried.
