any 4 speed auto from a 04-06 lancer ralliart, 4g eclipse, or 9g gallant that is 4g69 powered should bolt up to a 4g63...starter mounting location might be an issue, but you'll have to find out...this isn't something that's done everyday...I'm not completely sure if a 4g63 block has the mounting points for it ( I can't recall if the starter bolts pass through an ear on the block or not, been a while since I changed mine, or even looked at it). The starter on the Evo is mounted basically level with the oil pan if I remember correctly...on a 4g69 the starter is up on the side of the block, which may interfere with the turbo, this and the clutch control system is the main issue when turbocharging a 4g69 engine...
the airtrek might be the only way to go, if the auto was available with the 2.0L turbo.
