I have about $400 to spare right now.
3 things on my mind.
1. Injen SP1836 CAI
2. Magnaflow Axleback from RRM
3. PS3 Slim
Not sure which one i should do... any thoughts...

Get the CAI. I love mine. Makes the car pull better (I was surprised, I was not not expecting much out of it  and it sounds much better too.
Probably the best NA mod you can do to our cars.

I would have to say save it for a rainy day.
or buy the PS3 and Modern Warfare 2 :-)
just reserved my copy last night.
I also bought an xbox 360 for Forza 3!!! not a bad way to spend $370.00

PS3 and just buy the K&N drop in, believe me it will still make a big difference when you accelerate. Then save some money on the exhaust get the Greddy Spectrum elite. Combined with the K&N drop in very very happy customer here LOL

injen cai for the 09 gts is great the gains are greater than the injen cai on the 2.0 engine.
