i need your parts/advice
Hey guys,
when i got my car, [2003 oz] i thought it had a missfire, a couple hundred $$ later, i find out the vibration is... a BROKEN "transmission mount"
question1: is there such thing?
question2: do you have one to sell?
question3: would that cause any clutch problems?
question4: can you sell me a clutch?

question1: is there such thing?YES. The mount is simply rubber. It can break over time from deterioration and stress.

question3: would that cause any clutch problems?YES. If the transmission has excessive movement due to the broken mount it may interfere with the clutch line, slave cylinder, axles, etc.
question4: can you sell me a clutch?NOPE

the mount i can look for tomorrow when im at work (i work at an auto parts store!).
as for the clutch what are you looking for? i still have my stock clutch and flywheel layin around with just over a 100k on it id sell to get rid of it.

there are 3 motor mounts on the transmission and one on the motor, you will have to inspect each one to see witch one is the culprit... I will have a pressure plate , clutch disc , throw out bearing and slave cylinder. with about 10k miles on them , in about a month when I'm done with my swap... Ill sell them for pretty cheap.
