Billet 70mm Throttle Bodies for those interested
RPW has been working with a new company and now has billet 70mm throttle bodies available.
These are available as a direct bolt onto virtually all Mitsubishi model vehicles, but more importantly, are a direct bolt on for the USA Lancer vehicles.
For the 4G94 Owners, you woudl either need to use the EVO 7-9 model throttle body whic has the correct TPS switch fitment and choke housing base.
We have just started using these products, and I can only say the qaulity of these are absoloutly amazing.
I will not link it to our website, because that may invoke the moderators of the forums. Same with pricing.
Below is a photo for those interested.

We can make custom manifolds as well yes, with larger plenum chambers, internal ram tubes etc.

I'm confused. You say they are a direct bolt on to the 4G94. But you also say that we need to use the Evo 7-9 model throttle body. Does that mean we need an Evo TPS or an entire Evo throttle body?

Nice! I'd be curious what the prices are compared to the new Boomba TB.

EVo 7 - 9 TPS is the same as the 4G94 TPS design, hence why you don't need to modify anything for them to fit the 4G94. Pricing for these are around $450.00 AUD$ approx

So doing a currency converter looks like $355 US plus shipping. Thanks!

So we need to use an Evo TPS or our Lancer TPS? The connector is different. Evo is 4-pin like Mirage and DSM, our TPS is a 3-pin. Also, how does the ISC motor work? Do we need one from an Evo or do we use our stock 4G94 ISC?

You don't need to change any TPS at all. You use your origonal TPS switch, the machined fitting on the throttle body is identical to whats on the stock 4G94 throttle body

These units are made so that you transfer your exisiting idle speed control motor housing across or with the late model 1 piece units, you just fit your exisiting ISC motor straight into the throttle body

Awesome. Thanks for all the info! Should make for a promising throttle body upgrade for those who can't utilize the 75mm throttle body upgrade from Boomba Racing.

A 70mm throttle body is pretty much overkill unless you're running high boost on a built engine. It wouldn't really be beneficial to an NA Lancer to increase the throttle body diameter over 5/8" (16mm).
