was it doing this before you replaced the plugs? what did you get for plugs?

have you checked all your vacuum lines? what do you mean by running rough? what is it doing exactly? is it just at idle does it get better or worse at different rpms?

did u try resetting the ECU yet? its a long shot but easy enough to try..... maybe injectors could be a bit gummed up. there are lots of reasons you could be having this problem its hard to say without being able to see/hear the issue (at least for me)

to reset your ecu disconnect your battery for a few mins reconnect and you should have reset.

I would toss can of seafoam in your gas tank next time you fill up to help clean everything out.

could be bad ignition coils? dunno just throwing ideas out there

any updates with your issue?
