Venom 400 - Legit or B.S?
Just got off the phone with Python.
There will be a venom 400 module for the US Lancers by end of January.
Do these things really make a difference for the money?
Any experience with them?
Comments appriciated.

I hope so...
I'm hopin so.. cuz I kinda dont want to go with a turbo. If I can get 180 hp from a venom 400 and exhaust that would be great if it stays undo $1000.

BS. They are total junk. They just change the amount of pedal travel required to reach WOT. For example, pressing the pedal down 25% of the way will now give you 50% throttle; pushing it down 60% of the way gives you WOT. If you want to go faster, save your $400 and just press harder on the gas pedal, you'll get the exact same effect.

K - thats what I figured.
They use some pretty confusing jargon to descibe what it does. But now I get it, it just increases fuel delivery, ect. lower on the power band.
I will save my $400.

What about the last 25-30%....??..
What about the last 25-30% of the pedal depression... Wouldnt you be able to get more fuel to your engine if your pedal was to da metal .. than stock?.. wich means more power and thus more speed? I think it might be worth it.... cuz it just optimizes your pedal location in relation to your fuel consumption.

Nope. Adding more fuel at WOT only makes you go slower. Running too rich will only make you go SLOWER. Think about it. If it were that simple, you could just spend 15 minutes putting larger injectors into your car.
To make more power, you need to move more fuel AND more air through your motor.

cvl is right. When the Venom system came out for the 3G, a few members at Club3G bought it too. They weren't impressed, and it didn't do anything but change the pedal travel required to reach WOT. Don't waste your money.

Anything Venom/Python makes is a complete and total POS.
