Did you guys know, AMSOIL and INJEN partnered and most Injen intakes for cars and disels will be offered with AMSOIL cone filters, this has been a while now just FYI.
oh and by the way AMSOIL's cone filter are selling like hot cakes they are on back order, also this same filter was tested here on evom and it was second in its class it was right behind a wet filter, AMSOIL filter is a dry filter normally better for your MAF.
directly from INJEN.com http://www.injen.com/docs/typeofvehi...jen_amzoil.asp

There is an injen cai for the 2009 2.4l engine now. Made specifically for the 2009 engine (4b12) The 2.0l injen cai may work, but was not made for that engine. You should sell me the injen cai for the 2.0l lancer.

I think SP1836 for 2009 Lancer is much better. It is made for Lancer 2009. I just had mine install today. Pretty good.

INJEN commented on this in my interview with them some time ago.
3. EVOSOUL: Since the release of your COLD AIR INTAKE, Mitsubishi has now released a 2.4L engine variant. Do you believe the Intake sold for the 2.0L will suffice or would you consider making another intake for the 2.4L exclusively?
INJEN: We just finished performing a battery of tests on the new 2.4L engine. The 2.4L ECU’s fuel & ignition maps is totally different from the 2.0L’s ECU. The intake system for the 2.0L will not work with the 2.4L due to the 2.4L engine requiring more air. Using our patented M.R. Technology and Air Fusion design process we were able to produce the desire HP/TQ gains and safe air/fuel ratio’s that the factory ECU would accept. The new cold air intake for the Lancer 2.4L GTS will be ready for release shortly.
