Question turbos

hey i'm sure there is already a thread for this but i'm new to the site. i have a 02 lancer and everything is stock except for exsaust and intake. i myself am not to familiar with these single cams i've been doin some research and i know i'd be pushing around 5-6psi but i want to get the scoop from you guys. i just basically wanna know how much horsepower gain, should i get some decent pistons? anything else as well.. ?? and maybe you guys could give me some links on some i could buy online. and if you turboed your lancer. tell me about it and how it went. because i've read some pretty controversial stuff online

www.speedcorps.com <personal preference www.roadracemotorsports.com both are good site both have excellent parts, and located in the US. And over in AU there is www.rpw.com.au I have not got anything from them personally yet but they are also a good company from what I have read. To see the gains check this out Dyno'd lancers list that's a list of dyno numbers for N/A Turbo and I think one supercharged lancer. There are hundreds of threads out there to help you. But you got to do the R&R and if you have a specific question I’m sure plenty of people will help you out.

Pretty much stay around 7-10 psi if keeping the motor stock. It really depends on the turbo you are running though to be honest. In addition, the tune is extremely important. My friend and I are running identical 16g setups at 7-8 psi. I tuned mine down into the 11-12 afr range and he just relied on the fmu. Needless to say, he damaged his pistons already and mine is running fine...
