COBB AccessPORT Question..

I have been wondering if the COBB item in question can be used for our 08-09 lancers? I keep reading a lot of responses about the easy task it is to interchange parts from the evoX to our lancers, such as internals etc. So, could the same be said about the tunings and ecu side?
