Weapon r is just a crappy universal intake. It doesn't fit good on anything. I guess you paid like 200 for it didn't you.

For the price of that weapon r, you could have got a nice no name cold air intake for 50 to 80, and a header or high flow cat. I hate weapon r. You just killed your wallet on the worst intake possible. I'm sure its a short ram, and those sell on ebay for $20 plus shipping.

Just look around on ebay. OBX makes good quality stuff most of the time. The no name intake is a good one. OBX's high flow cat is good to keep it somewhat legal. Their header is alright. roadracemotorsports.com makes some nice parts such as intake manifold, high flow fuel rail, spark plug wires.

obx header and obx hi-flow cat are pretty nice if you dont mind dealing with the SEL light every now and then, you can use a spark plug fowler to back the o2 sensor off a bit but mine still comes on every now and then.

exhaust and intake isn't gonna give you much of a power gain. if your looking for more power then save and get a turbo... best bang for your buck... if you piece it together that is(can be done for around $2000).
