MAF Circuit low ..but

I get this MAF circuit low CEL repeatedly, but it's only when the humidity is crazy high. (Right now it's at 100%)

I've tried resetting the ECU, but it comes back (tried today). I've also tried disconnecting and reconnecting the MAF connector to ensure the connection is good. I guess the only other thing to try is to clean the MAF with contact cleaner. Anyone else have this problem?

The only mods I have that might affect this is the RRM short ram and a v1 piggy.

As for the urinal rules, most guys put way too much thought into it.

Spray it out with some WD-40, its probably just water getting in there.

ONLY USE MAF CLEANER TO CLEAN YOUR MASS AIRFLOW SENSOR!!! The other cleaners can damage the sensor. And please do not try to use WD-40 to clean it... I mean c'mon. Usually a low reading is related to an abnormally low reading from the MAF. Clean it with maf cleaner and it should go away. There is too much resistance it is seeing due to the grime on the sensor probe.

Do not do this. WD-40 is a lubricant.

Use MAF cleaner.

I tried the MAF cleaner but no luck thus far. Do I have to reset the ECU for the CEL to go away or something?

See 3rd point.
As far as I know... WD40 = Water Displacement 40th attempt

If you have a piggy hooked up, check your connections. Something isn't hooked up properly and is getting bad conductivity when it gets humid.

You can disconnect the battery to reset your ecu, but the CEL will come back. Don't just patch it, fix it.
