Oh and does anybody know if the 4g63 headers being slightly off will hinder much performance? I'm shooting for about 9-10psi with a tune. Maybe I'll just get the tune and call it quits.
I reach full boost of 5psi at about 3500 rpms

i got tuned with the 63 mani and it works fine. got tuned at 7psi and got 185whp and 205tq.

im gettin my new clutch put in this week as well as gettin it reflashed to run at 10psi, ill let you know what kind of numbers i come up with.

and Speed Corps is makin a g94 manifold for the 16g??? ill be all over that when it comes out!

oh and as far as it costing you more the get it retuned for the new mani, it shuoldnt cost hardly anything compared to the first initial tune

wait just reread your posts.. are you actually use the 4g63 turbo mani with out any modifications? did you not weld the g94 flange on??

oh and noticed you did the sigle spring mod on you rs bov. i used to have mine like that as well but once i upped the boost to 10 i put the spring back in because it was opening to early.

I'm using the 4g63 manifold with drilled out bolt holes. So i did not use the 4g94 flange.
SpeedCorps was supposed to produce these a while ago when I emailed them back in April, but I haven't heard anything since. I try Crypto now and then, but I don't want to be constantly bothering him with updates.

oh btw think you can hook me up with your ecuflash? If you have similar mods that is. Just need to borrow it until I get the new manifold and a proper tune. thanks
