Aem F/ic

Is it worth getting the AEM F/IC without a turbo on the car? Im thinking I may be able to see some kind of gain N/A with the F/IC and a little tuning.

If the FMIC you're considering is an air to air IC, then the benefits won't be any better than a CAI. Possibly worse than a CAI, because of the extra restriction from the IC. If it's a liquid IC (e.g. air to water), then you ~might~ see some benies over a CAI. However, I suspect them to be negligible on a N/A car.

I think he's talking about a fuel injection controller. I would go with the works brain flash rather than the injection controller...it's a better buy.

It's not going to do anything for you.

I always wonder how people get a sponsorship with a company when they can't answer questions like this for themselves. Based on the AEM description, it looks to just be a fuel and ignition controller so you could probably gain some power with it.
