RRM piggy response? Input..?

Anyone else running the RRM piggy and tuning yourself, when you change the fuel map and load it in whether it be less or more, do you see or feel the difference instantly? Because I don't....My lancer is turboed....and yesterday I drastically put the values from a tune down to all 10's again....and saw no difference, and I used to see it last time I messed with it....and now the piggy is at all 10....it feels and the a/f rations seem as if they are still highly tuned richer?? The reason I checked it is because all of a sudden last week my car started running rich too rich after 4k rpm..and resetting the piggy hasnt changed a thing...I replaced the o2 sensors...and no code being thrown for the maf and performance other than a jolt at 4 is fine...not driving it though unless testing it...Any suggestions, thanks!
