+12v constant messed up?
So I was messing around with my deck (Aftermarket Alpine), and when I put everything back together, the deck will not turn on. I am getting a switched power from the blu/yel feed to the wiring harness, but no constant (red/blk). Then, no clock, dome light, and the trip mileage keeps resetting on the instrument panel. Also, my aftermarket car alarm will only lock and unlock via key. Is there a possible fuse I could have popped for the 12v constant? I checked there is no stock radio fuse either. Thanks!

Okay, so after looking over some wiring diagrams I read that the red/blk from the radio goes to a 10 amp fuse under the hood (Bay 22, larger fuse box), but it and another 10 amp fuse are covered by a yellow case that will pull up, but not come off. It is right next to the ECU and I do not want to damage anything, how should I go about pulling these fuses?

either take it somewhere or figure out how to get those fuses out! sorry, thats all i can say man. i would go with option 2 though lol also, if you do that route, and its still messed up, definitely take it to a car audio place that also does alarms. they can fix it.
and off topic, but why did you need all 1/0 gauge and all that Dynamat for only 2 CVRs???

Room to upgrade , and Dynamat was a must, trunk was making some noise.
Fuse was kinda odd, had to pull it out, and push two clips to the side that held each fuse down, then pull it out while holding the fuses in.

That's weird, on my car, the red is the switched power wire and yellow is the constant...

You most likely mean the wiring harness you splice into the aftermarket head units, i'm talking the stock one where the constant is the red/blk and the blu/yel is the switched.
Oh yeah, it worked with a new fuse, thanks

Now i have had this same problem once before. The fuse you want to look for is the dome light fuse which is inline with your radio fuse in the engine bay. To get them out, i had to use a set of pliers to get them out without breaking the yellow holder.
