Lancer ES ? Help

Well ive bought a Lancer ES and looking to install a Techsport EV0 8 kit oto it.

Although, part of the deal with having a learners license for the first 4 years in having a license in australia restricts us to things like only V6,V8 not allowed, No turbo etc etc

So will i look like a loser with a lancer evo 8 looking car bu with no turbo?

What are some thing i can do to make it better?

Thanks in advance.

Bolt on mods aren't going to really give you much of a boost in power. Did you mean the TechSport Evo VII kit, b/c I don't believe they make an VIII one.
