Help in general

Ok guys watsup, recently bought a Lancer 09 ES Sport, really stylish car love it, got the gray paintjob. Basically have a few questions, first off with intake, which is the best for my 2.0L engine, i know it will be based off personal opinion for some but Im new to this so all the help is greatly appreciated.
Another question is which is the best exhaust for my car i like loud and don't mind it.
Also in terms on tinting my windows it's my 1st car so i've never done it before. Opinion wise for the gray Lancer that I have what is the best matching shade to get for my windows, I will tint all my windows except maybe the front windshileld but will tint the front rear one's as well. I live in NJ well aware of the law but have several PBA's lol. So what would be the best tint % for my color.
I was also looking to venture off into LED's for the interior and possibly the exterior. In terms of putting LED's in the interior since im new to cars, how would i go about getting that done. Where should I buy from whats good LED's to buy I want LED's to match the inside lights of the car in this case orange. Where would I go about buying the parts i would need to get that done.
Also for the lights I was thinking of HID's, what HID's would I need. I know most of these questions probably are already answered but im new and would enjoy the personal opinions to better make my choice. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
I am also looking for rims that will probably be saved for last. But which rims are the biggest I can do but still manageable and looking sexy.
THANKS FOR ANY HELP GREATLY APPRECIATED IF YOU GUYS CAN ESTIMATE HOW MUCH EACH THING WOULD RUN ME TO GET DONE IT MEAN ALOT ALSO WHERE CAN/SHOULD I BUY ALL THE PARTS FROM AND CAN YOU DIRECT ME WITH THE SPECIFIC MODEL I SHOULD BE BUYING.THANKS IN ADVANCE

1. If you want the low end power, go with an SRI such as RRM or Fujita. If you want mid-upper range power, go with a CAI such as Injen. A good quality intake such as these will run you about $250.

2. If you want loud and somewhat obnoxious, I'd go with the HKS Ti-C. If you wanna go somewhat quieter and sound less ricier, go with the Magnaflow or Greddy Spectrum Elite exhaust. I've seen them run for about $300.

3. I would personally get something with a *slight* silver metallic layer on it. Just enough to notice, but not so much as to being a sore-eye. If you can do it yourself, it's gonna cost you about $30-$40. I've done it to my cars, and the pre-cut ones on eBay are surprisingly good. But if you go to a shop, depending on their prices it will run you about $120 for tints and installation. And that's usually with a warranty of some sort.

4. Not really familiar with LED's.

5. I have heard that you can use the stock EVO/Ralliart HID, which is basically plug-n-play. (But correct me if I'm wrong). It's about... $200?

6. I'd stick to 18". The ES Sport that's coming to me has stock 16" 5 spoke rims. I hate the look of it, and I am selling those to throw on some 17" or 18", depending on the price. New rims and tires would cost you close to a grand, so start saving up

Hope this helps
