Where do you have your boost gauge line hooked into on the engine? Did you ever get an oil restrictor for your -4AN turbo oil feed line? Is your BOV venting to the atmosphere or is it recirculated back into the intake pipe?

my bov is recirculated, i have changed my -4an line for a smaller because restrictors are hard to find here, my boost gauge is hooked to the line that goes from the intake to the block, is the one on the right side.

Try switching the boost gauge hookup to one of the vacuum lines coming from the intake manifold.
