16g6 manifold for the 4g94

Just passing on the word!

This is for all you guys that tackled the custom 16g turbo kit for the lancer. As most of you, like me, have just bought the xspower ebay turbo header for the 4g63 and drilled new holes in the head flange or just welded it on top of the 4g94 flange and stuck it on your engine head. And surely you all know that the runners are about a half inch off causing poor exhaust flow.

As some of you know, Speed Corps has been working on a 16g6 turbo manifold for our 4g94 engines. This is the same one that Crypto had customized for his kit. Well I just received word they just finished test fitting it and it has been sent to the manufacturer for production. Just waiting on a delivery date. I believe they will be taking pre-orders soon.

well i guess now is as good a time as any to announce the new product.

it's a full stainless steel manifold, and fits perfect.
It'll be available for sale within the next week or so. send me an email if you're interested in pre-ordering it
david@speedcorps.com

Here are pics of it installed

Actually, we do have a price, but we will not release it until we have a confirmed delivery date. A little info. This manifold will allow you to bolt up a oem Evo 8 turbo and oem or aftermarket Evo down pipe. The whole idea behind this is to allow you to build your own turbo kit and not break the bank. Once we start the pre-orders we will have all kinds of good info/write ups etc. so you will know exactly what to do.

Once we officially release this manifold, we will have a nice write up on our site to answer all your questions. Alot of the stuff you can probably find used too.

You can get the turbo, downpipe here on the forums or you can buy them on ebay. And I had no problems fitting the intercooler or intercooler piping. Everything fit like it was meant to be! Only thing that needs some customizing is the water pipe bracket or trim part of the turbo.
No the gt28 flange is different from the 16g.
