sts rear mount turbo kit

i seen this sts turbo kit in a magazine so i looked it up online and am very curious to see how it performs. do any of you guys run this kit?

Not that I know of. Because of the way it works, not a lot of people are interested in it.

It won't run that much cooler, the turbo is still powered like a normal turbo (by the exhaust gases). You also have a much longer intake tract reducing response and air pressure. You have to worry about running oil lines and coolant lines and the turbo is now exposed more to the elements.

Yep not a good idea.
I'd say that's better for rear mounted engine cars.

yeah i guess when you look at it that way it does seem kinda pointless. but it is nice to see companies trying out new things like that. imho

Actually a great product but best applications that I know of are all big motors. They had lots of cars at SEMA.
