1st Turbo 2008 Lancer?????
I saw a 2008 lancer today and it was loud and it had a turbo decal under the lancer one. had a strait pipe no exhaust and was being drove by a blonde girl. looks like she was testing it because the exhaust wasnt fully mounted and she was going fast i was impressed i think she broke the 250hp mark easy. is this the 1st lancer turbo?????

the exhaust wasnt mounted it looked like there was just a strait peice of exhaust pipe coming out the back. i was turning right when i heard it coming and i saw it was an 08 i waited to turn until green light. i saw the turbo decal so i got a pic on my cell phone u can barely see it. my gts looks alot nicer but she made me jealous with the turbo and i thought i saw an intercooler in my rear view mirror but was hard to tell. i wish i wasnt at work cause if i was in my gts i would of got her phone # easy. she wasnt far from my house so i hope too see it again soon.

Me too. She must be a tester because i have searched for hours for parts and have never seen a turbo available yet.

If that's a GTS, why the base rims??? Maybe the wing and kit were added as options... Just a thought...
No side spoilers either I don't think???

it's not a gts just has the spoiler... that doesn't matter though, if it's turbo we need more info

yea i will try to find out asap. it was within a mile of my dealership so im thinking she got it at the same one. i also want more info and the mechanics # for my car.

so a honda with a type R badge is a type R?
a straight pipe exhaust doesnt mean she has a turbo, means she wants a loud car
did u hear the turbo spooling or the BOV? if "she broke the 250 hp mark easy" then you wouldve heard something and she wouldnt be in your rear view mirror

the sound of the bov is what made me look and she launched at the light and was gone. the car was idling very high didnt sound like it was running 100%.
