I purchased an ACT clutch disk from Evolution91, he was initially a great person to deal with. As soon as he got the money, he became harder to reach. After a few days he notified me he shipped the clutch (multiple texts on my side later). After a week to a week and a half, I got ahold of him (after multiple texts) requesting my tracking number that he never sent me. He made multiple excuses of this and that and assured me he would get me my tracking number so I could find out where it was.
Low and behold that was the last time I heard from him. That was about a week ago, I have since gotten no response to any sort of inquiry about if the item was actually shipped, or if I could have my money refunded. Needless to say, I have an open paypal dispute.
