Poor communication, could never get ahold of him, did not hold up on his end!

After sending money for an hvac unit out of his part out thread, he "shipped" it twice to two different wrong places. Each of those times, I requested a tracking number, which he never gave. He told me he would refund me the 160 dollars for the part but here we are a month later. He has the part, along with my money!
