This guy is amazing! He asks me to send a payment to his girlfriend's PayPal, which I do. Then he contacts me telling me that tha PayPal account was frozen for suspicious activity on his part, and offering me two options
1) Leave the money until his GF's account is unfrozen
2) Request a refund and send it to his PayPal account.
After he himself told me it could take up to 180 days to unfreeze his GF's account, I decided to seek a refund and resend it to his account. When the funds were credited to my credit card, I contaced him and informed him of such, and was advised to not send payment untl he contacted me and told me. This was on May 7th. I see he gets a positive feedback from another buyer on May 15th for the very same turbo! The next communication from the seller was May 20th, and in an "Unresolved Dispute" thread that I created, calling me a scammer!. The actual buyer of the turbo said that he was contacted by ct9asilver who without a shred of evidence told him that I was trying to scam him. I will not have this unscrupulous,deceitful and dishonest person go around and sully my name.
