Seller misadvertised item, evo X dv was crushed, failed to mention that in ad.

I wasn't going to leave you negative feedback, but after two attempts to contact you, and no response with adequate time allowed, I feel like I have no other option. You didn't list the DV as being crushed, and when confronted about that fact, you didn't respond. I'm sorry, but I really have no other option.
I also noticed that you posted up a Evo X DV for sale a few months prior, you listed it as being crushed in that ad, and didn't sell it there. I can only assume that you relisted it in the newer post, and didn't mention that it was crushed, hoping to mislead a buyer into a sale. Again, I don't like tarnishing your ratings, but the fact remains that you still have yet to contact me back, in any attempt to resolve this.
