Nice job dropping off a empty wrapper with postage and no return address on it, just got a notice from USPS that they found a wrapper with my address on it but with no contents, and the best part: they caught this right at Glenwood Spring CO so it didn't even leave your local hub! Did you really think USPS was going to ship a ripped up piece of garbage with postage on it so that you could claim a return? By the way, what your trying to do is considered wire fraud.
