The major issue is that the wheels are not the offset given in the thread. Describes them in thread as +35 twice. I received wheels that are +30. Which very noticeably sticks out from my fenders. He put delivery confirmation on the packages but never provided me with the tracking numbers. I asked several times but only receive excuses as to why they weren't available to me. I ended up getting only three wheels in the mail almost two weeks after payment and didn't get the fourth until the next week. Even if he waited for the paypal to clear into his bank account the overall transaction took too long.
