I ordered this OZ Rally lipkit the first week of May 2010. I paid $300 plus the seller fees of $9. I NEVER received the product! After listening to shady excuses I was informed I would be given a full refund. After not being able to come up with the money he sent me $80 the first week of August. I was told I would have the rest 2 weeks later. Never received further payment. I have not received a PM from the Seller since August 20th. He has ignored my last 4 PM's yet he continues to get online and post...It is now September 12th, over 4 months after I purchase the item, and I have still not received a full refund or the product.

Still no refund. And still no reply. It is now 5 months sense he has received payment. He has not answered my PM's in a month either....
