To make a long story short I bought a set of stock BBS wheels and after a couple weeks and a ton of excuses later he offered a partial refund of $100 for the inconvenience which I accepted. He gave me a what seemed like a legitimate excuse so I gave him the benefit of the doubt.
Fast forward another week or so. I asked him about my refund/wheels to have him tell me this "My paypal is locked because someone else bought a part and made a claim against me" (Obviously this wasn't his first issue) He assured me as soon as it was fixed I would get my refund and wheels shortly after. He even told me the day before the wheels shipped that the money was transferring from his bank account.
In the end I got the wheels WEEKS after paying for them and have still yet to receive my $100 refund. He continues to ignore me and won't return my calls, text or PM's.
