i purchased a fan and a support bar. the fan looked to be damaged in shipping and the support was great. he made the fan right with a refund and contacted me within 24 hours of receiving the product. the shipping was super fast. thats the way buisness is done. good job and plus one for the seller. thanks much. lizard
