Dealt a lot with Jay over the last year. All I can say is that he is straight up, fair, and definitely talented in what he does. People considering him for tuning their cars will appreciate the fact that he is very knowledgable, easy to contact and get ahold of, and open and honest about what he does. Obviously has lots of experience.
