This wing advertised as "perfect" was not. Two scratches on the inside carbon on the drivers side that could not have been caused by shipping as they were not against an outside wall of the shipping "box". Also, there is a nick on the back edge of the middle part of the wing in the clear, this could have been caused by shipping as there was not adequate padding around the wing (one layer of tiny bubble wrap right against the cardboard, no padding in between). Unfortunately, a claim couldn't be made because the shipper opted for the default UPS insurance (which is only $100) rather than pay the extra dollar or two to get $250 worth of insurance.
Communication was prompt but no remedy was offered. Packing job was poor for a delicate piece such as a painted body part, and description was not accurate even after I verified that the wing was "AS NEW".
Supposedly UPS was paid to pack the item, so insurance would have helped out if he had insured the item properly.
