purchased a red turbo charger from the seller and was shipped to me with a few broken bolts and stripped threads on the hotside. it cost me $90 to repair. the seller promised to reimburse me for the cost of repair but never made the payment. it has been four months since the purchase, and now he is ignoring my private messages.
