I paid $824.00 for what you told me was a perfect condition evo 9 transfer case. I told you I needed it shipped overnight via fedex so I gave you my father's company's fedex account number to use so you didn't have to pay for shipping. Upon receiving the package from you four days later, I saw that you sent it via ground, the slowest possible shipping. And to make matters worse it only weighed 12 lbs. so right then and there I knew you didn't send me a transfer case. Upon opening the box I find a bunch of miscellaneous gears that are scattered through out the box. You have not returned any of my phone calls or emails in the past 72 hours so now I am forced to escalate this to a small claims court.
