I bought a large cusco subframe from Markus who arranged to ship it out overseas to Oz (many wouldn't). He hunted down the best shipping price for me and after agreeing on the price discovered the shipping was a fair bit more.
He never raised the extra cost with me - just shipped it and took the hit himself, that is an awesome statement of character, very impressed.
