Seller sold a key blank, but did not show or advertise the damage to the key fob. I asked for a little money back and the seller states its my fault for not asking about the condition. This guy should be in congress.

I never stated any details/description of the condition of the item and you never asked. I had dropped the price to $180 + PayPal/shipping, and then you offered $100 shipped...about $90 BELOW my asking price. I agreed. And you ask for money back? Caveat emptor

If the key was cut already and unusable, would you have sold it? No of course not, leading someone to buy it to believe the key and fob were in good condition not tore up and missing the transponder which can be programmed. Did the seller state there was no transponder, of course not. You're the guy that runs a stop sign and blames the person that hits you for being an idiot. Glad you sold your evo.
