I'm not sure what happened to the plate surround, or my 75 bucks that paypal can't get back, but I have posted up that you are not a good seller.

Sorry I fell under centain conditions with my job and family and wasn't able to get back online. I have delt with paypal and a refund will be given back. Personal problems happened and I apologize.
